As a therapist, I believe everyone is unique, so I use various approaches in therapy that’s best for my client, in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. This includes a trauma-informed approach. Through personal and professional experiences, I am skilled and trained in working with children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families.
I create an atmosphere where clients know they are in a safe environment; a place where they can be open and honest about how they feel. From there, trustful relationships are formed, client issues addressed, and client’s goals can be met.
