Life can feel heavy sometimes, but therapy doesn't have to.

My therapeutic approach centers on listening to your story and walking alongside you as you navigate life complexities, process past hurts, and create meaningful change. I believe that each person is the author of their own story, and my role is to provide a supportive space where you can explore your experiences, make sense of difficult moments, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked along the way.

While therapy often involves working through challenges such as anxiety, relationship concerns, trauma, grief, or major life transitions, I don't believe healing has to happen in a space that feels cold, intimidating, or overly clinical. Therapy can include curiosity, reflection, laughter, creativity, and moments of joy alongside the hard work. My hope is that our work together feels less like being "fixed" and more like coming home to yourself.

I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families explore how past and present experiences shape the way they see themselves, their relationships, and the world around them. By making space for all parts of your story, we can better understand the patterns that have developed over time, identify the strengths and resilience you already possess, and create new ways of relating to yourself and others. This process is not only about understanding what has happened, but also about building the life, relationships, and future you want moving forward.

My work is rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and the belief that healing becomes possible when your story is honored and given space to grow. Together, we will work toward greater self-awareness, deeper connection, and a stronger sense of confidence and empowerment. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, healing from past experiences, or simply trying to better understand yourself, I strive to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and able to show up exactly as you are.
