Hi, I’m Khushmeet—you can call me Khushi, which means happiness. Not the kind you have to force—but the kind that comes when things start to feel clearer, lighter, and more like you again.
If you’re here, something may feel overwhelming, stuck, or hard to put into words. You might be used to pushing through, staying strong, or carrying things on your own. Therapy offers a different space—one where you can pause, be honest, and not have to hold it all together.
My work focuses on the connection between mind and body—how stress, emotions, and past experiences shape not only how we think, but how we feel and respond every day. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s been weighing on you, identify patterns that keep you feeling stuck, and build ways forward that are actually sustainable and meaningful.
With a background in nursing and experience across mental health settings—including crisis care, foster systems, schools, and adult services—I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, PTSD, and major life transitions. I bring both clinical understanding and real-world perspective into the room.
My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I won’t sit silently or judge from a distance—I’ll engage with you, challenge you when needed, and support you in creating real change.
As someone with an international background, I also understand the deeper layers of culture, identity, and unspoken expectations. I offer therapy in Punjabi and Hindi for those who feel more at ease expressing themselves in those languages.
“ਮਨ ਜੀਤੇ ਜਗ ਜੀਤ” Man jeetai jag jeet (When you learn to steady your mind, everything around you begins to shift.)
You’ve carried a lot on your own—maybe for longer than anyone realizes. You don’t have to keep doing that. This can be the place where things begin to shift—gently, honestly, and in a way that finally feels like your own.
