Alina Puliz, Trainee

Supervised by Jeff Beesley, LMFT #105525

My name is Alina Puliz, and I am a Marriage and Family Therapy Trainee currently pursuing a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges while fostering meaningful growth, resilience, and healthier relationships.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their experiences. I recognize that every person brings unique strengths, cultural backgrounds, and life experiences into the therapeutic process, and I am committed to providing culturally responsive care that honors those differences.

I have a particular interest in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, family conflict, and stress-related challenges. Through a systemic lens, I help clients understand the patterns and relationships that influence their well-being while supporting them in developing practical tools for positive change.

As a trainee, I am dedicated to continual learning, professional growth, and providing ethical, evidence-based care under the supervision of licensed clinicians. I believe that therapy can be a powerful opportunity for self-discovery, healing, and transformation, and I am honored to support clients on their journey toward achieving their goals.
