Her philosophy is to walk alongside her clients, offer a non-judgmental space for learning and reflection, and create an atmosphere where individuals can obtain optimal mental health therapy to thrive.
Loren believes therapy can shift our lives and give us perspective. It can validate our humanity. It can help us find, understand, and maintain our authentic selves and gain insight into how we communicate and engage with others. Therapy creates a space for empathy, connection, and clarity.
